These are unwanted offers. A telephone call to the given ‘opt-out’ number and a written request to stop these has caused the offers to increase many fold!

I have requested that several companies stop sending me offers months ago, after that didnt work, months later, I am still receiving offers throught the mail from certain companies, specifically ufcw, is there any action I can take against them?

HOW LONG DO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES KEEP CREDIT APPLICATIONS, CAN THEY USE IT AGAINST DEBTORS IN BANKRUPTCY? FOR EXAMPLE (UNINTENTIAL)INCOME MISREPRESENTATION. I OVEREXAGGERATED, I PUT $90,000, I ONLY MAKE $35000 UT I’M COMMISSION SO IT CAN BE MORE, I INCLUDED MY PARENTS INCOME BECAUSE THEY ASKED FOR HOUSEHOLD INCOME, BUT NEVRTHLESS, I STILL OVEREXAGERATED. BUT MY CREDIT LIMTTS WERE STILL LOW AVERAGE $3500, SO THEY DIDN’T CONSIDER MY INCOME, EVEN DISCOVER CARD SAID THEY DIDN’T BELIVE MY $90,000 AND THATS WHY THEY GAVE ME $3000. I CALLED ALL CREDITORS LAST YEAR AND UPDATED MY INCOME. DO YOU THINK THINK THEY MIGHT FILE NON-DISCHARGEABLITY BASED ON MISREPRESNTATION OR FRAUD, OR AM I SAFE SINCE I UPDATED THE INCOME AND HAVE NOT ISED THE CARDS FOR A YEAR.

I applied for a target credit card, and it says you can get an instant decision, but for me it said I would find out by mail in the next two weeks. Does this mean I most likely will not get approved or should I not really worry about it?
