I am a Filipino. Does Paypal requires Visa, credit card or Mastercard? how about ordinary bank account? how about smartmoney, is it applicable for a Paypal? Please help.

    You can use an ordinary bank account, providing you can set up Paypal to access it (e.g. via a derit debit type mechanism). In fact, Paypal prefer that to credit cards.
