What government website allows you stop getting credit card offers?

I know there is one, because I did it for myself. Now my mom wants to do it, and I can’t remember the site!

Actually, it’s not a government website, but the credit bureau’s. If you look at the back of the credit card offers, there is a website to unsubscribe. I think it’s something like experian.com or something.
