I would say by far American Express offers some of the best low interest, feature rich and rewards credit cards. The only thing is that you need to have a good credit score. By a good credit score, I mean 720 & up, in order to qualify for a card.
Also keep in mind that there are different rewards. Are you looking for cash back, airline mileage, dining, gas rewards, etc. Here are some reviews of CCs with rewards.
I’ve been noticing lately that alot of credit card issuers are pulling back from some of their offers. They are also increasing qualification requirements and cutting card limits. Best of luck.
